Meet Jaxson Isaiah Pratt

We are so excited to introduce to our friends and family, Jaxson Isaiah Pratt. Tommy's sister had Jaxson on Wednesday, July 18 around 10 PM. At birth, Jaxson was 8 lbs and 10 oz and was 21 inches long. As you can see he is a handsome little gentleman! Tommy and I will be on the road this weekend to see him and we can't wait!

We Had Some Visitors

Last week my sister and her children came down to visit us on their way to see our parents in South Carolina. I ended up riding down with them and we had a BLAST! Despite spending too much time in traffic and Harrison's boo-boo playing tennis we had fun on our little trip!
Here are some pictures of them at the apartment, some cousins that came over to get reacquainted and some fun shots of the beach.

A Song To Remember!

Tommy and I just met the country music stars and artist of our wedding song, Big & Rich. A local country music station put on a promotional event just down the road from our apartment. We thought we would go since it was so close and if there was a big crowd we would leave. We ended up staying, getting their autograph and Big Kenny sang their hit #1 single, "Lost In This Moment," and our wedding song right too us! (We'll just the chorus and he was a little of key but it was still really cool!)

We told them how we loved their song from the first time we heard it on Dancing With the Stars and how we almost had to write them to get the song. In the end it all worked out and our DJ download a pre-release version off of iTunes. They were impressed! I do believe we were probably one of the first couples to have it at their wedding. It was perfect. Now, we have the CD and CD cover signed. I think it will be a nice story and memory to pass on for years to come. Love ya'll and miss ya.

Starting Our Life Together

As most of you all know Tommy and I were just married on May 26th, 2007 in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The wedding, everything, was perfect. We were truly blessed to have all of our family and friends around us as we celebrated our marriage. Thank you we really appreciated everyone coming.

Tommy and I went on our honeymoon to Cozumel, Mexico. We had a blast! It was the first official vacation we had been on together. It was fun traveling together and the resort was just fabulous. They treated us like we were royalty. We had fun in the sun and eating! We are already making plans to go back in a couple of years.

Now, we are in Kennesaw, GA living the married life. Tommy is busy with work and I am busy looking for a job. We are pretty much settled in Tommy's little apartment. We are as snug as a bug in a rug. =) We are hoping to move to a two bedroom in September or as soon as I get job. Which ever comes first? In the mean time, if you want to come visit or are passing through we would love to have you camp out on our air mattress. It really isn't too bad. We miss everyone!
